Please note the following:
Given high levels of marina occupancy it is not always possible to allocate new customers with their
berth of choice. Under such circumstances we will try to provide the closest available alternative berth,
giving due consideration to the characteristics of the vessel.
Berth holders are reminded that in respect of berthing, the obligation on the Company is to provide a
berth and not a particular berth. Berths may not be sublet or lent and berth transfers may only occur
with the consent of the Company (

Unless the marina office has been advised that a bertholder shall be returning, berths left vacant after
1800 hours may be temporarily allocated for visitor use.
